Management of lateral incisor agenesis is a real challenge and needs strong collaboration between surgical, aesthetic, orthodontic dentistry. This case report managed upper with an treatment leading to open spaces placement cuspids in area avoid implant maxillary anterior region. Temporary rehabilitation phase, using resin injected tray removable partial denture, has been placed maintain mesiodistal dimensions restore aesthetic during pre-implant analysis osseointegration. Once osseointegration was fully obtained, keratinized tissue augmentation obtained connective graft. Then, temporary fixed crowns allowed soft modeling interim rehabilitation. Finally, screw-retained permanent were function. goal optimize final results reach patient complete satisfaction combined rehabilitation, coupled interdisciplinary management well-time sequencing treatment.
